Dr.Nalvazhvu is the Chief physician at Goodlife Ashram. Goodlife ashram is known as Nalvazhvu ashram in Tamil Nadu. Dr.Nalvazhvu has received his bachelor's degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Science and master's in Psychology. Dr Nalvazhvu from his childhood onwards, food habits has been raw vegeterian food. He married Mrs. Lakshmi Kala , Managing Director of the Ashram and are blessed with a daughter and a son. There kids are being brought up and dandled upon the knees of mother nature by which they enjoyed sound health in mind & body.
Thiru. Ramakrishnan was born in Sreevai Kuntam in Tamil Nadu, India,for Thiru. Mooka Kone and Smt. Chidambarath Ammal as their eldest son. He obtained Tamil Pulavar from Dharmapuram Tamil College. He worked as Tamil teacher in Vasuki Girls High School at Tiruvottiyur near Chennai.He was attracted by the natural life principles of his school correspondent Tiru. M.K.Paandurangam and accepted him as his guru, then he started practicing these principles and witnessed tremendous improvement in his physical health and mental functions. Later he took interest to spread the benefits of natural life principles all over the world. For this purpose he quit his job and established Goodlife Ashram in Sivasailam. Then he married Alwaarammal who was also attracted natural life principles. The Almighty God blessed the couple with a son. They named him Nalvazhvu Paandurangam, combining the names of the ashram and his guru. Right from birth their was child was brought up in natural life principles, Thiru. Ramakrishnan attained heavenly abode in 1990 and his wife Smt. Alwaarammal in 2011.
